This time, our store will be relocating its base of operations. We apologize for the sudden announcement and the inconvenience it may cause to our customers. However, we see this as a new challenge and will continue to support “a life with bikes” with all our might, even more than before.

■ Relocation Schedule
• Until February 17
For relocation work, until 2/14 (Sat) we will only handle “vehicle hold” at the current store in Yokohama City.
※ Please contact us via email before visiting as there might be times when we are not present.
• From February 18: Start temporary operations at the new store
During the temporary operation period, visits will be on a reservation basis.
※ Telephone lines may not be available for about two weeks after the start of temporary operations due to communication infrastructure adjustments. Please make reservations and inquiries via email.
• April 1: Start of regular operations (Scheduled)
■ Support System Until Regular Operations
【To customers who have used the Yokohama store in the Kanagawa & Tokyo area】
Please rest assured even if the distance increases. Altair Motor is, as always, by your side.
• New and used car consultations, delivery
→ We will respond at your home or desired location near the current store.
Regarding vehicle delivery, we will send it to your home at no charge.
• Vehicle inspections, maintenance, engine, suspension maintenance, etc.
→ We will accept at your home or specified location near the former store and return it after completion.
• Repairs
→ For transportation to the new store, please use your insurance company’s road service. The return will be handled the same way as inspections and maintenance.
【For customers from other regions】
As a general rule, please use the new store. Touring visits are also welcome.

Judging by distance alone, some customers using the current store may feel it’s far. However, we chose a location truly valuable for “a biker’s life.”
• Adequate distance from the metropolitan area
Good access from the current store. Additionally, if the Kanagawa Area of the new Tomei Expressway opens two years later, a quicker route will be available.
For customers using public transportation, we will pick you up at Gotemba Station or Gotemba Premium Outlets.
• Ideal environment for enthusiastic riders
Nearby are numerous racetracks such as Fuji Speedway and Motocross Ground.
For customers passionate about competitive riding, it’s an unmatched location.
• The roads you want to ride are right there
Mount Fuji, Fuji Five Lakes, Izu Hakone—
A place where Japan’s premier touring areas become a daily pleasure.
Using this as a base, your biker’s life will surely become even more free than before.
• Streets where even waiting times become enjoyable
Gotemba Premium Outlets, hot springs, eateries are abundant.
Even waiting for maintenance turns into a little trip.

Wider and more open than the current store.
Sufficient parking space, so visiting by transport truck is also OK.
With an outdoor wash space, off-road bike washing is possible as well.
Long-term stays are very welcome.
